SYSTEM DYNAMICS: AN APPROACH TO MODELING SUPPLY CHAIN PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT

The complexity of goods and services in the current world has caused individual companies that do not have help cooperation other organizations to face many problems for their survival. In this paper, a system dynamics model was proposed by creating cause-effect curve increase supply chain (SC) performance with an emphasis on agility flexibility (AAF) indicators. aimed reduce cost delivery time customer satisfaction considering AAF To end, concepts used were first introduced. Afterward, important goals identified reviewing existing literatures interviewing experts field indicators studied SC. next step, constructed determining cause-and-effect (CAE) relationships between variables. Finally, developing simulating different scenarios, results showed alone absolutely cannot enhance profitability. By implication, profitability, need be enhanced highest level, but optimal point must found. level estimated. using supports production line, ability respond sudden demands is increased as result, speed covering these increases.
